Ontario's Highway Traffic Act States:
"When meeting a stopped school bus on a highway with its red overhead lights flashing. Every driver or street car operator shall stop before reaching the bus and shall not proceed until the bus moves or the overhead red signal lights have stopped flashing."

$2000 fine for first offence
$4000 fine for subsequent offence
G2 Drivers, automatic 30 day license suspension
3 year conviction on driving record
